Warranty Coverage
Dugimago handpans come with a lifetime warranty, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
What's Included

Tuning: Should your handpan fall out of tune, we will retune it for free, shipping costs are not included.

Material defects: We will repair or replace your handpan, at our discretion, if it suffers from material defects.

Workmanship defects: If your handpan has any workmanship issues, such as seam separation, or other construction problems, we will repair or replace the instrument.
What's Not Included
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or discoloration.

Damage caused by improper handling, storage, or use, including exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.

Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations to the handpan.

Accidents, acts of nature, or any other cause beyond our control.

Instruments purchased from unauthorized dealers or third-party resellers.
Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

If your claim is approved, you may be asked to ship your handpan to us for inspection, repair, or replacement. Please ensure the handpan is packaged securely to prevent further damage during transit.
Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for shipping costs when sending the handpan to Dugimago for warranty service.
Warranty Disclaimer
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Dugimago's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective handpan, and in no event shall Dugimago be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
