The instrument is reserved once payment or proof of transfer arrives. First confirmed payment gets the instrument. 2. "What happens after I buy?" After you buy things go as follow: payment confirmed → instrument professionally packed in its hardcase and packaging → tracked shipping booked for the next business day → tracking number sent to you. 3. "How do I care for it — and what if it ever needs attention?" Wipe after playing with a microfiber cloth, oil occasionally using almond oil, avoid extreme heat, avoid direct sun. Every Dugimago is retunable for life by the maker, and we service instruments of any brand in our workshop. With every Dugimago you get lifetime retuning services for free (except for the shipping costs) as part of our warranty.
